Zoolife.tv was launched during the pandemic by the Brizi team, global pioneers of crowd-guided camera technology. With clients across sports, entertainment, and attraction venues such as the US Open and within the NBA and NHL, this patent-pending technology is in 12 countries around the world. THE ROLE:
Our collaborative partnerships with accredited zoos and animal sanctuaries is where we source and co-promote access to live animal habitats and programming. This role will ensure the success of our partnerships by making sure that sh*t gets done -- facilitating day-to-day marketing and content initiatives across many stakeholders. This role will follow the strategic guidance of the Director of Partnerships to drive successful partnership results, and grow the Zoolife mission through these relationships.
YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL IF YOU HAVE:
- 3+ years experience in project management, integrated marketing, and client management
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, and/or project management certification / designation
- Strong work ethic, problem solving, eye for details, interpersonal, and organization skills
- A passion for our product and mission, with an entrepreneurial spirit or previously in a high growth start up environment
BONUS POINTS:
- Knowledge of the wildlife/conservation industry’s culture and decision-making processes, and/or existing ties to animal / wildlife / conservation communities
- Experience in graphic design and basic video editing, experience with live video content, online communities, and internet content platforms, new media, and digital rights
- Data fluency to extract value-creating insights for both partners and Zoolife
YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Improving forward momentum for partner-related projects and roll-outs across Zoolife.tv and partner organization stakeholders in marketing, education, and animal care; managing deliverables and expectations on both sides, while ensuring exceptional collaboration across the board
- Proactively identify and prioritize partner needs, opportunities and risks; advocating for the voice of partners internally and incorporating their feedback in joint initiatives
- Ensuring partner-related projects are carried out according to scope and below the budgeted time & resources, while meeting partner expectations
- Assisting the Director of Partnerships in the growth of partner relations and providing regular reporting to keep partners well aligned and informed
- Assist the Director of Partnerships in the partner acquisition process – assist in sourcing research, industry news, compilation of reports
