Solar Sales Advisor

Green Ridge Solar is seeking positive and outgoing sales driven individuals who want to make a good living & expand their talents by joining our solar advisor team in Tualatin. Our office environment is fun, fast-paced, business casual and friendly. We are looking for a dependable addition to our newly renovated call center!

Green Ridge Solar Advisors will work closely with potential customers by generating appointments by phone for our Energy Consultants. We do not cold call and all of our potential customers are already inquiring in the prospect of solar!

Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Call Center or Sales background a plus but not required
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Inbound and outbound calling experience a plus
• Ability to learn and grow quickly
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with great work ethic
• Outgoing personality
• Good attendance is a must
• Must be able to call 75+ people in a single day
• Able to confidently handle objections with a high degree of professionalism

What we Offer
Our pay plan is hourly + bonuses ($14-$17 base wage plus generous incentives)– there is NO CAP on the amount of incentives you are able to earn! The harder you work, the more money you will receive. GUARANTEED! We also offer full health/dental/vision benefits after 90 days, as well as 401k options.
