The Dub Wholesale is a premiere cannabis wholesale distribution company headquartered in Portland. We are proud of the highly curated menu our team has developed and love representing some of the best growers and brands in the state.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
*Develop new business and maintain existing account relationships.
*Execute sales and distribution of all products to Dub partner accounts.
*Maintain regular call frequency to assigned retail accounts.
*Collaborate with the Sales Manager and all relevant Dub team members to build market presence for our brand partners.
*Utilize proper point of sale to support all brands and packages.
*Meet or exceed all designated goals and objectives.
*Maintain daily communication with Director of Sales.
*Represent The Dub and the growing cannabis industry in a professional, responsible manner.
Qualifications & Skills
-Must be at least 21 years of age.
-Must have or obtain a Marijuana Worker’s Permit prior to starting work.
-Must have a true passion for the plant.
-Minimum 2 years’ experience as a sales professional.
-Must have working knowledge of the Oregon Cannabis industry and the ability to learn and adapt in a developing landscape.
-Previous experience in the cannabis industry is preferred.
-Must have a reliable vehicle and a driving record in good standing and be able to provide proof of car insurance.
-Work with varying levels of supervision, ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and be attentive to details.
-Possess excellent time management skills.
-Highly self-motivated and able to work hours as needed to fulfill all job responsibilities.
-Strong customer service and communication skills.
-Ability to analyze and present information.
-Ability to work as part of a team.
