What is Semnar?

Semnar is developing an easy to use and scalable platform that enables companies to digitize their product instructions.

The Challenges we’re addressing:

  • After companies provide the text, images, and videos for their instructions Semnar takes care of laying out the content in a uniform and easy to navigate manner.
  • Companies can save money on printing costs while also lowering their carbon footprint through the digitization of their paper instructions
  • By placing product instructions on the web, companies can update them in realtime to improve their users' experience even after the product is sold
  • Companies can get real-time analytics via our platform on their users' experience while viewing their instructions so that they can make sound updates based on real information.
  • With multi-language support via Semnar, companies no longer have to worry about creating and paying for larger instruction packets just to support another language.
  • Because Semnar dictates the layout of the instruction content, customers will be happy to have uniform and familiar experience across the products they buy.
  • Customers can easily bookmark their product instructions now as opposed to keeping a cabinet full of paper that they might not need again.

About the role:

As our first Business Development & Sales Leader you will be a core member of our leadership team. You will be responsible for identifying, managing, and closing new business with prospects. You will drive our B2B revenue efforts from the ground up, develop our GTM strategy, close deals, build a sales team/function, and weigh in on product/market fit. Your target audience will be mid to large sized corporations with the intent of offering the Semnar platform as a benefit to their customers.

What you’ll do:

Identify, contact and manage potential clients
Build pipelines and define our go to market strategy / approach
Design and manage the marketing/sales strategies
Negotiate contracts with potential clients

A bit about you:

Proven track record of developing and closing new B2B deals within the employer/payer space
Strong verbal and written communication skills
