The Role:

We are looking for a lead generation superstar with experience in both B2B and B2C to support the development of our sales pipeline and lead generation strategy. You will be collaborating with our CEO and product team to define our client acquisition process from start to finish. You’re great at identifying opportunities, starting new relationships, and you delight in the details required to put sales infrastructure in place.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate to define target market and lead development approach for
    • increasing B2C business (working professionals acquisition)
    • growing B2B business (companies subscribing to Radious).
  • Build sales infrastructure and internal sales pipeline management process, including:
    • Software selection + systems implementation
    • Database(s) selection
    • Customer Journey maps
    • Email automation
  • Prospecting, personalized 1:1 outreach and automated outreach at scale
  • Represent customer interests and user experience in internal platform development
  • (Future) support training sales and customer experience teams

Your Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development or other client prospecting/outreach
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding lead generation targets
  • Demonstrated experience with sales automation, sales tactics, and CRM setup
  • Clear communicator with a passion for creative problem-solving
  • Self-driven with a strong appetite for challenge
  • Highly collaborative, with ability to work cross-functionally and provide insight to various internal stakeholders across the business
  • Highly organized and effective in driving internal processes forward
  • Tech-savvy and fast-learner, with a real passion for technology
  • Extraordinary communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively

Compensation:

For part time (20 hours/week): $2000/month paid via 1099 + opportunity for stock options and increased responsibilities/compensation as the relationship grows.
