THE JOB
Associate Engagement Managers (AEMs) are the operations experts who project manage new Prialto Members to success by owning the relationship between them and their offshore Prialto Productivity Assistants (PAs).
The AEM role is the entry point into Prialto’s Engagement Manager group and a stepping-stone to any potential career at the company. In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of how to effectively manage service delivery for Prialto Members by engaging with our highly driven and successful client base in a variety of industries and geographies, as well as with Prialto’s front line staff across the globe.
The position will empower you to:
- Hone your client-facing relationship management skills
- Become an expert in business process improvement and implementation
- Level up your collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution prowess
- Gain experience across many disciplines while working in a start-up atmosphere
- Attempt to set a record in office basketball or hone your karaoke craft during our virtual global galas

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will:
- Own the Prialto experience for Members in the SMB category, serving as their as primary account-level point of contact and thought partner
- Manage the on-boarding process to get new Members successful quickly
- Proactively retain and grow existing Member book of business through clear and timely communication and creative problem solving
- Work collaboratively with overseas Member Service teams to ensure quality of service delivery
- Be a constant champion of Prialto’s Orange Culture
REQUIREMENTS
The skills and qualifications you bring to the table:
- Strong verbal communication and business style writing skills
- Ability to confidently communicate with senior executives and other high-powered clients
- Highly organized, process-oriented work style
- Entrepreneurial work ethic: able to take the ball and run with it
- Confidence when working out of your comfort zone
- Ability and motivation to ABL (always be learning)
- Unexplainable fondness for the color orange
- Live and breathe the Prialto Core Values
- 1-5 years of business experience
- Local to the Portland, OR area
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree with top grades
- Strong extracurricular activities or community involvement
- Salesforce and/or other CRM experience
- Managerial experience
- Experience overseas or a passion for working in and understanding cross-cultural environments
