HR and Operations Intern

Role
We are looking for an undergraduate/graduate who wants to build broad business experience and develop HR, operations and business skills. You will join our team in London and work directly with the Operations Manager and founders. You will be a critical member of the team and have a high level of responsibility. You will interface directly with customers and providers.
You will be involved in:
• Human resources
• Manage full process to recruit and onboard providers
• Conduct interview meetings, checks and onboarding processes
• Manage onboarding funnel through CRM system
• Operations
• Evaluate performance of providers
• Deal with queries from providers and customers
• Maintain CRM and operational systems
• Business
• Prepare analysis for ad hoc business projects
• Conduct market research
• Support business development and geographic expansion

Requirements for this position
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Intellectually curious and willingness to take on new challenges
• Interested in gaining broad business experience within a dynamic, flexible environment
• Strong technology and organisational skills
• Comfortable using technology systems and carrying out analysis on Excel
• Enjoy dealing with people and making judgements about people
