The Role

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Conduct the recruitment process
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies
  • Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
  • Maintaining the office decorum
  • Taking care of office inventory
  • Taking updates of Employee’s daily work
  • Take part in daily scrums
  • New inquiry follow-ups and meeting schedules as per the CRM
  • Existing client followups
  • Payment follow-ups from the client
