plugHR Manager (Performance Management focus)

As plugHR manager, you'd be responsible for driving talent management function of our client. From Hiring, onboarding, performance management to keeping oversight on outsourced payroll provider and compliances would fall under the purview of your role.

Ideally, you'd have over 6 years experince in running HR. Role is based out of Gurgaon, though currently it would be work from home.
