Responsibilities:

• Ability to identify, cultivate and qualify prospects through targeted prospecting and outbound communication tactics (phone, email, doorknocking)
• Use cold calling and prospecting skills to identify, develop and manage leads in order to close for listing appointments
• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
• Become of a student of the business and knowledgable for everything real estate related

Qualifications

• Must have an Active CA Real Estate Salesperson license or actively pursuing to get Real Estate License
• Minimum 1-2 years sales experience
• Self-motivation and drive
• Always maintain a positive attitude
• Possess a “whatever it takes” mentality
• Must be coachable and desire to learn and grow
• Driven to succeed
• Excellent team player
