The Role

Hygge Home Rentals is a brand-new company aiming to offer superior vacation accommodations throughout the United States. We work directly with both homeowners and the traveling guests, to provide an Airbnb experience unlike anyone else. Our name, Hygge means a quality of coziness and comfortable conviviality that engenders a feeling of contentment or well-being. That is the exact feeling that we want all our clients and renters to feel when staying at a Hygge Home Rental Property.
Not only do we manage our client’s Airbnb Listing for them, we can also help owner’s who are interested in starting an Airbnb Business, identify and purchase properties.
Individuals in the Sales Development Representative role are responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads to set up meetings for the sales team. However, we are looking for someone who can eventually own the whole sales process from start to close. If you are looking for a place where you can make your mark early on, and grow quickly, this is the place for you!
Interested? Here’s what your day would consist of:
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
• Present our company to potential clients
• Identify client needs
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives

Think you have what it takes? Here’s what you need to deliver:
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls and email introductions to suspected prospects;
• Ability to contribute ideas to creation and evolution of sales and marketing materials;
• Ability to transform complex information into relevant and persuasive campaign themes and message;
• Ability to qualify leads through a series of scripted questions and build interest in service;
• Ability to schedule appointments with interested prospects for the sales team;
• Able to answer incoming phone calls from various marketing efforts;
• Ability to navigate a streamlined CRM system to record all sales efforts;
• Ability to communicate in a personable and professional manner with every prospect;
• Must be willing to go above and beyond with all prospects by offering alternatives if our service doesn’t fit;
• Bring your own experience and personality to the process;
• Focus on continually improving our processes to become more efficient;

Who you are and what you've accomplished? The ideal candidate will have:
• Desire to work for a startup company; able to take initiative and action with limited direction
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
• 1-2 years sales experience;
• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution;
• Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or Zoho) (preferred);
• Ability to negotiate and persuade;
• Ability to be patient and thick skinned in the event of negative encounters on the phone;
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities;
• Self-starter that is detail oriented, with a strong sense of judgement;
• Proficiency with basic computer skills including Microsoft Office;
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to different systems;
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations;
