Product Owner - B2B Software and Machine Learning Products

As an organisation, we are moving from being a services-led organisation, to a product-led organisation - with our focus remaining on achieving impact in a pro-social space.

We are looking for a mid/senior product manager who is interested in mission-driven work rather than 'just' a job. This position will help bridge between inward facing engineering and outward facing business functions, working with senior leadership on product strategy, product market fit, and business development etc and then working with the CTO and engineering to turn this into a defined engineering deliverables.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with senior management on building and implementing strategy
• Build new processes, optimise existing processes, and completely replace broken processes
• Think ahead, coordinate with other teams, and build for the future
• Manage, hire, and scale your team
• Work with engineers and those interfacing with clients to identify soliutions
• Ensuring operations, development, and everything inbetween works smoothly

What you'll need:

• A basic understanding of Machine Learning applications
• The ability to break complex problems into simpler ones, and prioritise them • Great verbal and written communication skills • A strong track record of achievement • The ability to both lead a team and be part of one • A willingness to dive in and learn about new sectors
• An interest in development/humanitarian, mission-driven work.
