Remuneration

£11/hour (London Living Wage Allowance)

• €5/member referred from Instagram (tracked via promo code) Payment every 4 weeks You'll need to produce invoices as the role is freelance and be available 10 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm weekly with Sophie (Founder/CEO) and Samy (COO) to develop strategy.
  We will decide together on a weekly 1-hour slot where we'll share analytics from the previous week and will discuss everything from strategy to implementation.

• Keep an archive of members quotes & resources in Notion.
  We will send the Zoom chat logs after every event and encourage members to #quote and #resources in app to ease the tracking in app.

• Plan 7+ engaging posts per week on Instagram with a focus on member generated content.
  We will provide the necessary tools (eg: content design, hashtags finder), training and resources as well as an ongoing support at each step to succeed.

• Engage in conversations on Instagram, moderate posts and identify potential partnerships.
  We will actively take part too based on ideas developed at the weekly brainstorm sessions and as the week goes.

• Plan regular promo to entice followers to join membership.
  We will activate a promo code with a specific end date to support the operation.

Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to develop engaging content in line with our brand and tone of voice.
• Knowledge of Instagram features (Reel, Live, Guide, etc.) and a playful approach to them.
