We are looking for someone who has a desire to be creative, be part of something from the beginning and is excited to provide ideas that help deliver our vision of building a global community of travelers, each planning unique trips inspired by each other’s experiences.
In particular we are excited to bring someone on to lead the social media strategy and execution for our app that will transform the way our members share, discover, plan and book authentic travel. We are currently looking for someone to conceptualize an inspiring brand aligned social media strategy and create content to launch brand awareness and continue build a waitlist leading into our launch this summer. Ideally this person will then work closely with us and lead the ongoing development and execution of our strategy as we launch and scale.

An ideal candidate will have:
- A genuine interest in our product vision and passion for travel and community, with a strong desire to work closely and grow with a founding team
- 3+ (flexible for the right fit) years experience, ideally with travel and social apps or apps with a high level of social engagement
- Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in social media
- Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
- Experience in content development and publishing.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of leveraging social media platforms and processes, prioritizing instagram
- Data driven, analytical, business minded approach balanced with creativity
- Experience in considering positives and negatives of influencer and brand ambassador strategies, building brand aligned partnerships and ability to build relationships with key community members to deliver content
- Intuitive understanding of the importance of trust for our brand and preferences of our user demographic
- Excellent writing and language skills with ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written, audio and video format.
- Strong in technical skills and design, motivated to continually evolve with social media trends and tools
- A working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research, and proficient in and/or certified in Google Analytics.
