Account & Community Coordinator

FOH is seeking to fill an Account & Community Coordinator for their NYC-based hospitality digital marketing agency. This role's responsibilities include community and account coordination of social media presences for a set number of clients within the FOH portfolio, conceptualizing and executing a number of digital campaigns, handling inbound client communications and being pretty fun to hang out with.

The Ideal Candidate...

• has a general understanding and curiosity of the hospitality industry and it's marketing space
• is a digitally savvy individual, ready to adopt and represent an existing brand through posting, monitoring and engaging with/on it's social and digital profiles
• is familiar with backend portals and account management tools and programs of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Google Suite
• understands that quality content is king in today's digital landscape
• has experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp or other E-Mail Marketing Templates, Wordpress, and Squarespace
• has experience in the creative field at a marketing or advertising agency
• is creatively minded and knows how to effectively convey their vision and ideas to others
• is a self-starter where every hour of the work day is a time to be doing something business related
• is an individual that doesn't require constant management to motivate or manage to-do lists
• is ready to get their hands dirty with a non-traditional growth based environment
• has large ambitions for future success
• has experience creating or producing content (DSLR/iPhone photography, videography, graphic assets etc)
• prefers pancakes to waffles or is willing to defend their incorrect opinion
