Develop and maintain social and online content that attracts attention, generates interest and demands to be shared by guests and followers
Develop social media content calendar to support marketing & sales objectives
Manage day-to-day activities related to social media. This includes monitoring, tagging and analysis of social media conversations across various platforms, maintenance of our brands’ social media sites and reputation management
Reply to consumer questions and comments regularly. Work with all teams to provide authentic and helpful responses
Identify and engage bloggers, other influencers and brand advocates to build loyalty and affinity to further enhance brand communication to unconverted consumers
Blog copywriting & calendar management
Work with other members of the company (Strategy/Creative Team) to create, execute, analyze cross-platform social media giveaways and events
Stay current and forward thinking on new social media tools and platforms, best practices and use within the competitive landscape
Proactively listen and engage with brand communities to optimize content and identify any opportunities
Maintain and become the brand voice and vision throughout all conversations
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-4 years work experience in Communications with a focus on social media
Understanding of the digital and social media universe including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN, Youtube, Pinterest, Flickr, Google, blogs, etc..
Is active on all channels and has had a presence in the social space
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excels at research, is able to identify threats and opportunities in social media content
Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
Superior project management skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities based on organizational needs
Sense of urgency and pro-activeness
Motivated and curious mind
Interested in pop culture and stays up-to-date on current events and trends
Desire to learn all aspects of startup culture and what it takes to become a successful app in a competitive market
