CTO

Looking for a CTO that actually knows how to code! (if you are not an expert coder with hard proof you know what you're doing do not apply)

We are currently using 3rd party software to rent our scooters. We have our orginal working source code and will need to build upon this. I'm not totally sure what language it is (I assume react native).

We are a shared scooter company thats planning to offer a franchise option where we run the platform but allow our partners to run our vehicles in their own markets.

We are a startup so the right partner will be coming with a startup mentality (grit) we need you to work and bring out the best possible work available.

(P.S. we know we can hire coders from overseas and that's not what we are looking for. Looking to make someone a co-founder with equity & salary who actually able to do the work and therefore will reap the benefits of us growing)

THINGS TO NOTE:
We are in the process of closing a round of funding at a $15M cap rate (closes at the end of this month) the equity tradeoff play will be over a vesting period but it'll equate to a $7M valuation. 1% is equal to $70,000.

*if we are succesful with our March 2021 expansion we raise our Series A round in May at a projcted $50MM+ valuation. You can get paid up front or in equity or in both. It's your choice.
