Sales Development Representative (SDR)

HotelFurniture.com is growing, and we are looking for an innovative Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. If you have a successful track record generating leads and excited about new ways to revolutionize the hotel hospitality industry, we want to speak with you!
As our SDR, you are excited to take on the challenges of an innovative startup that is disrupting the hotel hospitality industry. You have high-energy with sound business acumen, technical aptitude and natural sales instincts. Your top priority is to generate leads and execute an effective prospecting strategy with the goal to acquire and retain new hotel partners.
You’ll show prospective clients a better way to complete room builds and renovations using HotelFurniture.com. With a commitment to customer service and tailored solutions, you are a relationship-first salesperson.
What you’ll do
- Expand HotelFurniture.com’s presence through new client acquisition by identifying and prospecting new business opportunities
- Generate lead lists using traditional and social media channels
- Find and qualify decision-makers to cold call and/or email them, educating them on our platform
- Create positive experiences with all HotelFurniture.com’s prospects, regardless of deal size, job title, or the likelihood of closing the opportunity
- Update, track and report on your sales activities and outcomes and share them with the internal team
What you’ll bring
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation and/or sales
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Awareness and understanding of the hotel hospitality industry
- Perseverance; you’re motivated by generating leads, even when they seem impossible to land
- Polished communication, both written and verbal
- Organized and understand the importance of timely follow-up
