CoEfficient Labs is looking for the most talented Paid Acquisition Lead to join our award-winning team of designers, growth-hackers, and data scientists.

- You’ve worked in the Paid Ads / Paid Acquisition game for 4+ years
- You are a gifted creative, especially your copywriting
- You pride yourself in being best-in-class in account structure & campaign optimization
- You get excited startup ecosystem, and are motivated to help startups hit their goals
- You are a great leader & educator, people love working for and with you

What are the Main Responsibilities?
The Paid Acquisition Lead is responsible for facilitating and managing the strategy and operations for our Pod with the overall goal of retaining our clients for additional paid acquisition sprints.
(A) Lead Paid Social & Paid Search Acquisition for Clients
- Collaborate, Build, & Approve Media Plans for Each Client
- Lead the Audience Creation & Keyword Strategy for Paid Search & Paid Social
- Create the Ad Structure and Framework for Each Channel to Accomplish the 90-Day Goals
- Work with Our Team of Data Analysts to Uncover Client Insights
- Collaborate with Our Creative Team to Generate Ad Concepts
- Explore & Test new channels
(B) On-Going Communication with Clients (Point of Contact)
- Creating & Presenting Weekly Executive Report to Clients
- Sending Daily/Weekly Pulse Emails (Quick Check-In Emails)
- Defending / Explaining Our Experiments When Successful or Unsuccessful
- Being Ready to Offer Suggestions on a Variety of Marketing Disciplines
- Helping to Ensure that Clients Needs are Taken Care Of
(C) Creative Brainstorms, Data Analysis & Team Communication
- Lead the Daily Internal Pod Meeting
- Lead Weekly Internal Sprint Review
- Lead the Experiment Calendar
- Work with Creative Team to Come Up With Ad Concepts
- Work with Data Team to Analyze & Interpret Client Data
- Building On-Going Processes to Optimize and Update Experiment Calendar & Reports
