Product Marketing Manager

PrimeGov is looking for a creative, analytical, and collaborative product marketer to join our fast-growing team. Your mission is to generate customer insights, lead go-to-market for our suite of products, and create and execute campaigns to drive product growth. You will partner closely with product, sales, and other members of the marketing team. The product marketing manager is a results-oriented team player responsible for working within the agile framework to develop market requirements, GTM plans, product positioning to drive competitive advantage, and market share for PrimeGov’s products. This role is in the Phoenix, AZ area. While we are 100% remote now, we plan to open offices again in the Scottsdale area.

Your impact:
PrimeGov’s GTM strategy for our array of products.

Lead and develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with targeted customer segments by understanding our brand, customer needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Create, manage, and execute the product marketing strategy and integrated marketing campaigns for new and existing products to optimize reach, customer acquisition, and retention.

Leverage data to identify opportunities, guide decisions, and measure the performance of go-to-market activities.
Lead creation of thought-leading product marketing materials and content across digital and print communications such as customer literature, ebooks, presentations, web copy, product sheets, and trade show/event material to increase product adoption and interest.

Develop a competitive intelligence framework and research, manage and provide critical insights to guide product requirements/positioning and strategic marketing initiatives.

Create messaging hierarchies, content assets, and sales enablement assets to be used by PrimeGov’s marketing and sales teams and partner team.

What we're looking for:
5 - 7 years of relevant experience

BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience (MBA preferred)
Exceptional written and presentation skills

Ability to work cross-functionally across time zones

Resourceful problem-solver, articulate writer, and professional presenter
Must be in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area
