Marketing Manager / Growth Hacker

Our sister company MINIT CHARGER (https://www.minitCharger.com) is an inventor and leading provider of EV charging solutions. Minit Charger has deployed its charging solutions at major airports and facilities across the world.

Your Role Managing digital marketing and brand growth, the Growth Hacker Marketer (GHM) is a data-driven marketer who understands how to build and execute awareness and demand generation programs across a variety of digital channels including organic, paid search, paid social, display, re-targeting, content marketing, website optimization, and email marketing, to support our rapid growth.

Obsessed with modern digital marketing techniques and measuring results, the GHM understands the buying behavior of our guests and designs a marketing strategy with the end goal of driving maximum revenue. Working closely with ACCESS’ executive management and other key stakeholders, the GHM is responsible for driving buzz and excitement around ACCESS’ brand.

In the 1st Month, you will… • Learn and get familiar with our technologies, solutions, applications and industries we serve. • Take a deep dive into our customer experience-first approach, learn all of the benefits of ACCESS technologies and how it solves pain points of various industry sectors. • Research, promote and introduce new digital marketing channels and technologies to help ACCESS progress and evolve in the digital space.

Sharpen your skills in Month 2 by… • Assuming the role of brand storyteller and evangelist, blending positioning, messaging, and industry trends into a clear, tangible narrative. • Employing a data-driven strategy in order to build and execute a digital marketing roadmap across multiple guest-centered channels. • Taking a data-driven approach to develop and optimize the digital marketing strategy for reaching ACCESS’s target audiences with key messages and enticing them to engage with high-value assets.

Execute in Month 3 by... • Looking at the details, and pulling out big pictures and themes. • Formulating big ideas from data, analytics and marketing personas. • Building the brand around the guest experience, utilizing channels like PR, partnership and email automation.

*Desired Skills and Experiences: *

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics or Communication
• 3+ years in a B2B digital marketing role with a data-driven mindset
• Experience creating brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Experience in SEO, organic search, paid advertising and google strategies is a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
• Highly responsible, reliable and collaborative
• Highly responsive, action and solution-oriented
• High proficiency in the English language (verbal and written)
• Must possess outstanding Sales skills, Guest service skills, professional presentation, and sophisticated communication skills
