As a Business Development & Marketing intern, you’ll work closely within our founding team to refine our Business Development strategies and tackle projects that help us improve our Marketing infrastructure. You'll work directly with clients, manage dynamic projects, lead one of your own marketing initiatives, and work collaboratively with our team to drive our business forward on all fronts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Attend meetings, video conferences, and training sessions to learn alongside our team
- Manage CRM platforms (with training) and direct client conversations
- Run operational projects from inception to completion
- Improve sales pipeline and funnel efficiency
- Lead one of your own marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and generate business
- Identify areas for improvement and help create solutions for the business
- Conduct research as needed
- Help manage projects and track progress requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak to a wide range of people
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess self-motivation and a competitive spirit.
