Marketing & Growth Intern

About the Job
InstaVal is on a quest to find an unusually smart individual. The role is ideal for transversal thinking minds who will assist our Head of Growth in various stages of our growth and marketing process.

You will
• Support the Growth and Strategy team in their day-to-day delivery of projects that cut across all aspects InstaVal’s business.
• Be responsible for delivering quantitative and qualitative global research, and analysis along with helping to develop options for company actions
• Monitor the technical implementation of proposals made to improve our conversion rates, and associated metrics.
• Assist with management of growth and marketing tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads…etc.
• Implementing programmatic advertising campaigns
• Work in identifying and profiling potential acquisition targets, and research key technology markets
• Help our team Identify potential weaknesses and you will be offering improvement suggestions.

You are
• Senior Student in business or engineering school.

You have
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong self-motivation.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred.

Terms, Perks & Conditions
• Airtime: Full-time basis - five days a week. We’re not civil service officials neither.
• Structure & Compensation: 3 to 6 months unpaid internship.
• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Start Period: Immediately
