The Role

Experience in managing, developing, and motivating team by regularly counseling, coaching, and appraising desired results. Good oral and written communication. Ability to structure the communication for self and other speakers of the organization. Awareness of different media agendas, corporate strategy, sales priorities, A/B/C/D classification of publications (online and print) Excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Maintain amicable working relationships with colleagues - coordinate with senior management members, other spokespersons, and marketing team members. Excellent storytelling skills and a passion for presenting a high-quality content that contributes to the brand image of the organization.

Ability to put together strategic communication plans across multiple time zones and functions Responsibilities Ideate, develop, and publish PR strategies, in coordination with other stakeholders. Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media. Develop messaging templates for key initiatives. Coordinate and synchronize efforts with the PR team dedicated for the US.

Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media. Release information to counter any negative publicity and handle crisis in the wake of any emergency. Handle press releases, leadership communication and any press events, conferences, etc. Manage PR/media/influencer budget.

Identify emerging issues and opportunities facing the organization and design communication strategies to manage their impact and drive the messaging across all channels responsibly Activities:-

• Research and drive content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations

• Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis

• Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites, and blogs, for opportunities for the organization

• Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress

• Influence all internal and leadership content, and content for awards and global listings for brand building
