Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

We're a SaaS start-up - www.sellerchamp.com- that was initially created to solve a problem we faced ourselves while running our e-commerce business. The product has grown over-time based upon customer feedback and is now fully stable with paid customers.

This a REMOTE position.

We are looking for STRONG Senior-levle Ruby on Rails Developer with at least 5+ years of experience doing full-stack development. Previous experience working for a Saas-based startup is strongly preferred.

Candidate MUST have prior experience with full-stack development and building features from the groud-up. Your must be comfortable being able to wear multiple hats and juggle multiple tasks at the same time. You will be responsible for taking on and solving the really hard coding/debugging issues and building user-friendly, well-designed end-to-end features.

Candidate MUST be very proficient in Ruby and must be comfortable writing complex code on the spot. A technical interview will be conducted and you will be asked to share your screen and write code. Don't apply if this makes you squirm.

Note that this is a 100% hands-on coding position. If you don't LOVE to code, don't apply.

Must have deep knowledge in following:

• Ruby on Rails
• Capistrano
• HTML/CSS/BootStrap
• MongoDB
• ElasticSearch, Searchkick
• Redis, Sidekiq
• TDD and RSpec

Must be available during morning US hours from 7:30 AM CST - 11:30 AM CST.
