We are at global expansion stage as we stepping into new markets and we are looking for a Head of Growth to join our active, passionate, high caliber team.

In this role, you will drive user acquisition in your market. Creating new partnerships, efficiently executing full-scale marketing strategy, and building relationships with new affiliates will be key to your success. We’ll give you the freedom and tools to bring your absolute best, and the opportunities will be limitless.

Here is what you will need to do:

• Monitor and assess performance of your market.
• Recruit, lead and mentor a cross-functional team to build and execute growth strategies.
• Implement, manage, optimize and grow an affiliate/partnership program (including online media, influencers, blogs, loyalty partners, mobile commerce and other types of affiliates)
• Build multi-channel marketing campaigns together with your team to drive brand sentiment and user growth.
• Recruit, establish new partnerships and maintain relationships with current and new affiliates
• Drive user growth through existing and new partnerships network
• Communicate with affiliate/media partners on campaigns progress, sales commissions, campaign content, product reviews
• Monitor performance and propose action plans to ensure profitable project growth.

What You Will Need To Succeed?
Experience in digital sales or partnership marketing
Knowledge of affiliate business models
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of automation and CRM tools
Fluency in two languages or more
