Marketing and Business Development Manager

• Provide strategic leadership, direction and execution in an effort to grow Mobistreak’s revenues and profitability through the acquisition of new accounts and growth of existing accounts.
• Manage and execute agency’s marketing strategy and lead nurturing efforts including ongoing insight development, content development.
• Contact potential clients through regular outbound phone calls supported by email, social media, and other sales channels. During these conversations, you’ll probe for prospect needs to determine potential fit and secure appointments when finding a match.
• Build strategic business plans for growing revenue that will include identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and organic growth from existing clients.
• Develop, foster, and grow relationships with marketers and brands across industry categories, navigate through decision makers and influencers while delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations
• Acquire in depth knowledge on our products in inbound call marketing space and service offerings in PPC search advertising, social media marketing(Facebook/LinkedIn/Instagram), programmatic, SEO, and web development services
• Work with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and create proposals.
• Extensive experience in selling agency driven, direct-to-consumer and/or business-to-business marketing services

Desired candidates should have a strong network in advertising agency or agency holding company circles.

Compensation is not capped and is based on your performance. We offer a base salary, plus commissions tied to revenue production, and a fiscal year bonus calculated based on your revenue productivity and profitability of that revenue.
