About the Business Development Manager position

As a Business Development Manager at Constant, your main responsibilities are to define the strategy of acquiring more users and pushing the Constant growth. You’re empowered to control the budget and conduct your own plans. The scope of work includes:

  • Nurture current market growth on omni-channels
  • Find new market to scale up the business
  • Research and expand the business lines
  • Take care of the new user base and matched volume

The ideal candidate would have these experiences and skills:
● 1+ year experience in blockchain space or good network in blockchain or crypto is a plus
● A successful proven track record selling new products to the market
● Experience in sales or business development with international customers and partners all around the world
● Excellent presentation skills, including tech product demo, to potential partners
● High levels of emotional intelligence supporting intellectual curiosity, professionalism, and dynamic conversation to creatively structure partnerships in different ways
● Excellent communication and documentation skills (in English)
● Ability to qualify leads and follow through the entire sales cycle rigorously
