ROLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Role description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
You will take part in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads. You will obtain critical information about new client opportunities and schedule appointments and provide follow up activities.

Main Responsibilities
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Skills & Requirements
Existing network-portfolio with key stakeholders of companies in target is the main requirement
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
5+ years of proven sales experience in business or a related area
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs
Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
