Wareflex is the first on-demand warehousing platform in Vietnam. It is a trusted and curated marketplace that connects clients needing warehouse facilities and qualified warehouse service providers. We aim to be the Airbnb of warehouses in the SEA region. We are a team of professionals with several years of experience in supply chain, trading, sales, technology, and management consulting with a proven track record across different markets. Job Overview

The Head of Sales is responsible for building strong relationships with this digital platform's existing and prospective customers and capitalizing on the value offered to the customers. You will be required to target specific customer groups based on BANT and AARRR framework with prospective and existing customers. You must document interactions and schedule time to understand the customer's inventory storage and distribution requirements. The role will also require frequent outreach activities and developing business proposals and presentations with the given resources. This position will be based at Wareflex office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

In this revenue generating role, you will support the founders with the demand side of warehouse and logistics services in Vietnam. You will join a growing start-up that aims to revolutionize the logistics industry in the Vietnamese market, a space with significant network effect opportunities, and awareness of this model is a key component to ignite that.

Purpose

This is a new role and will contribute, strengthen, and coordinate our proactive approach to the overall sales function and developing a full steam sales team, identifying new and emerging opportunities, developing value-added offerings, developing new partnerships, and adding value to the existing skills in the team. The primary purpose of this role is to support our revenue generation through a range of sales activities to grow and support our existing products and services, which deliver our vision, values, and ambitions for a resilient supply chain in the Vietnamese market & beyond.

Roles and responsibilities:

● Development and implementation of quarterly sales plans and achieving the set targets

● Identifying the potential and make initial communication with the target customers group while maintaining professional and business-driven relations with the customers

● Classifying customer inventory storage and distribution requirements and providing the value-driven solution leveraging the technology and existing strengths of Wareflex

● Assess and analyze the potential to grow and adapt existing services and products.

● Working collaboratively across the organization to achieve desired goals around business development.

● Lead generation with the targeted customer groups and companies and ensure their smooth onboarding

● Ensure every transaction is executed without any compliance risk and with the highest-level integrity and customer satisfaction.

● Keep organized information on the progress of activities and provide regular update

● Any other tasks as the start-up grow in new verticals and the markets

Essential skills Requirements:

● Exceptional management skills.

● Analytical skills, ability to understand complex issues and communicate them effectively, verbally and in writing

● Ability to persuade and influence, including influencing senior people internally and externally • Ability to deliver high-quality presentations and pitches

● Project management skills; ability to coordinate complex and multiple projects, delivering to a high standard

● Highly organized and able to develop systems and processes, prioritize, schedule tasks and manage and resolve workload conflicts

● Able to motivate and develop the team, work across teams and build effective working relationships internally and externally while modeling our equality, diversity, and inclusion principles.

Desired Background

● 5+ Years of similar experience in well-known company

● Previous experience in the LogTech Startup or multinational 3PL company based in Vietnam

● Strong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English (this is non-negotiable)

● Able to start Immediately

● Graduate degree in the related field from a top University in Vietnam/Abroad

● Knowing WMS/TMS/IMS software is advantageous
