Product Owner / Product Manager (0-3 Years Experience) - Fully Remote

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Product Owner/Product Manager with 0-3 years of experience to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you will play a key role in owning and managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution. You will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for our users.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders to define the product vision, roadmap, and features.
• Conduct user research and translate user needs into actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Manage the product backlog using JIRA, prioritizing and refining user stories based on business needs and user feedback.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
• Track progress and measure the success of product initiatives using data and analytics.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure features meet the requirements defined in the acceptance criteria.
• Maintain clear and concise product documentation.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in product management.
Qualifications:
• 0-3 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Agile development methodology.
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and testable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Experience using JIRA for product backlog management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
• A passion for building great products and a strong desire to make a user-centric impact.
Bonus Points:
• Experience with other product management tools (e.g., Confluence, UserTesting).
• Experience in a specific industry relevant to our company.
• A portfolio of past projects or a strong understanding of our product area.
