-Have a track record as a Product Manager for a B2B SaaS company.

-Understand the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.

-Are deeply collaborative since you will be interacting daily with engineers, designers, customers and SMEs.

-Possess the ability to translate complex relationships and solutions into understandable and visual representations and strategies, as well as present these both internally and externally.

At Kelvin, your main responsibilities will be:

-Perform market, competitor, and product research. Synthesize research to set a strategic direction and priority for the product portfolio.

-Build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions.

-Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to gather product feedback and customer requirements.

-Collaborate with engineering, data science, and other cross-functional teams to create clear product requirements and roadmap.

-Own and provide oversight to delivery of product capabilities by working with engineering, design, data science and other product managers.

-Work closely with product and corporate marketing to develop messaging, collateral, and enablement materials.

-Present with authority at industry conferences, panels, and customers and internal events.

-Effectively and proactively communicate with customers and build a trusted advisor relationship.

-Build best practices and processes for the product management team that will enable Kelvin to deliver products in a consistent fashion

Qualifications

Must have:

-Expertise & industry experience in industrial automation, IoT platforms, and/or control systems

-Strong understanding about operations and workflows in the manufacturing and other related industrial verticals.

-4-6 years of experience in product management; especially with launching multiple SaaS / PaaS products.

Preferred to have:

-Experience in designing and launching experiments to validate market or product capabilities.
