Valory creates open-source software for co-owned AI, enabling joint operation and control of AI software for novel use cases in crypto, science, and enterprise. Products

We co-founded Olas DAO and have created the first services using it and the Olas Stack.
We have also built a hosted platform for removing DevOps hassle from running said services: Propel.

Team

Valory is the VC-backed team of engineers, researchers and commercial executors that raised a successful Seed round and executed a successful public token launch for the Olas DAO.

The Role

You are a product manager with at least 3 years of experience, passionate about emerging technologies. You have experience shipping successful apps, with solid product management skills. You are looking to work in a high-growth startup that prioritizes collaboration.

Main Duties

• Coordinate and manage product releases, ensuring on-time delivery and seamless deployment, including addressing any issues that arise and learning from them.
• Collect, analyze and communicate competitive information; develop market intelligence and identify innovation opportunities.
• Clearly define and document the product and its features, functionality, and user stories.
• Work with engineering, and design to ensure the on-time delivery and release of road-mapped product features, experiments, and changes.
• Understand and master knowledge of user needs, pain points, and behaviour associated with core users of the app services and how the product addresses these through problem-solving and value propositions.
• Monitor, report on, and achieve goals relating to product KPIs.
• Ensure the quality implementation of new product features, product experiments, and product changes through verification and validation testing.

Requirements

• Ability to work in line with our values.
• 3+ years experience in product management.
• Good understanding of crypto OR prior experience working with a crypto company.
• Experience coordinating teams, distilling clear priorities from complex products.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience in conducting research on competing products, user research, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and using insights to inform product decisions.
• Experience overseeing the design, development, and analysis of product features relating to a crypto app.
• Direct experience working with front-end engineers and UI/UX designers.
• Strong preference for time zone between UTC -2 to UTC +6.
