Our team of experts in design, front-end, full-stack engineering, and machine learning is already in place, but we're always on the lookout for new talent to help us take things to the next level. Looking for an experienced growth hacker with a proven track record in building and delivering high performance growth strategies from zero.

*Our ideal candidates would *

  1. Lead the user acquisition efforts across all channels that cross through product-led growth, email marketing, SEO, and paid.
  2. Solve ambiguous growth problems; Define and drive experiments to test the hypothesis and collaborate with the product team in creating the PRD's
  3. Implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to capture high volume and high intent traffic
  4. Conduct market research (qualitative and quantitative) to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
  5. Analyze marketing and product-related data (campaign results, conversion rates, churn, traffic, etc.) to help shape future growth strategies

*Expectations and beliefs *

  1. Deep understanding on network effects and experience in building atomic networks from scratch
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience driving user growth for a brand, B2C Product startup a plus
  3. You believe in rapid prototyping, releasing tests to production frequently and iterating constantly.
  4. You love to test hypotheses and continually learn from different product experiments.
  5. You have excellent analytic skills and an ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  6. Exceptional leadership capabilities; capability to build, manage and lead growth teams.
  7. Expertise in growth forecasting; building multi-channel growth models required
  8. You can contribute work independently as well as partner with others and work well within and across teams.
  9. Belief in growth as a system, not just one off tactics or “growth hacks”
  10. Exceptional command of data; ability to pull from structured and unstructured sources and model out
  11. Deep understanding of SEO and components of both onsite and offsite optimization
  12. You are comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment operating against tight timelines.

  1. Prior experience being an entrepreneur
  2. Prior experience in building atomic networks and scaling them
  3. Someone who has a PhD and understands researchers and their workflows
  4. Experience being the marketing lead/ marketing manager in previous jobs is a plus.
