Business Analyst

Founded in 2020 ( post a few pivots in early years), CuddlyNest is the fastest-growing accommodation booking platform, offering millions of stays across 200+ countries of all types, in all styles, for all budgets — for every kind of traveler.

We are seeking a talented business analyst to join our team. We have listed some of the KRA's that applicant should have. Experience with early stage startup is a plus.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements.
Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and feasible.

Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend enhancements.
Work with stakeholders to implement process changes effectively.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights.
Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Solution Evaluation and Validation:
Assess proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
Validate implemented solutions to ensure they meet stakeholder needs.

Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments and levels.
Facilitate communication between business users, IT teams, and management.
Manage expectations and ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation and Documentation Management:
Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Establish standards and best practices for documentation management.

Change Management:
Identify potential impacts of proposed changes on people, processes, and systems.
Develop change management plans to minimize resistance and ensure smooth implementation.
Provide support and training to users affected by changes.

Quality Assurance and Testing:
Define test cases and scenarios based on business requirements.
Participate in testing activities to validate solution functionality.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure defects are identified and resolved promptly.

Project Coordination and Support:
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Provide support to project teams and facilitate problem resolution.
