Inside Sales Manager is a high-impact position that involves recruiting, training, and managing sales teams tasked with the responsibility of bridging patient-provider relationships across international borders.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and train both SDR and patient-care coordinator sales teams.
  • Coach, train, evaluate, and monitor performance of sales teams.
  • Set and track sales targets.
  • Establish and track KPIs enabling constant optimization of the sales funnel.
  • Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements.
  • Use coordinator feedback to identify product improvements and supportive materials.
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in inside sales and 2 years of experience managing sales teams.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales process.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Skilled at identifying, supporting, and retaining great sales people.
  • Bi-lingual / bi-cultural.
