Our service is focused on providing the accountant with their clients fiscal and finance information in real-time so the accounting reports can be made more rapidly and efficiently, increasing their competitiveness and efficiency.
As our Head of Sales for Cloud-based Accounting System you´ll be leading the design and implementation of the strategies that will help us reach accounting firms interested in using our services and technologies to help them become more productive.
What you´ll be doing:
• You´ll be collaborating with the marketing, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure that a productive and collaborative culture exists among your team members.
• Productivity and efficiency are something that we need to improve constantly, so you´ll need to deliver weekly and monthly sales reports as well as collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead acquisition strategies.
• All decisions must be data driven, so you must ensure that your team are delivering all the required information in a consistent and efficient way for all the teams involved.
• Mentoring and coaching your sales teams as well as designing sales strategies for different buyer personas.
• You´ll be responsible of identifying and communicating any product or technology gaps that may help Us to increase the adoption of the service.
• Use your available resources wisely to improve achieve our monthly sales quotas.
• Present monthly KPI reports as well as sales projection and strategies directly to Company´s Directors.
What you should have:
• This is a demanding position that require strong leadership and experience in priority management.
• Experience in designing and executing dynamics that aim to improve the culture, performance, and overall happiness of the team.
• Proven experience working with a high-volume lead pipeline and inbound sales processes is required.
• Comfortable with a high-performance and rapidly changing environment.
• Passionate about metric-driven processes and decision making.
• Experience in Accounting or working with accounting firms is desirable.
