We have the mission to create a world-class sales team that will help our company to become the no1. ERP in Mexico and we are looking for a Head of Sales to help Us make this possible.

As our Head of Inside Sales, you will be a mentor and advocate for your teams, helping them to improve their sales and customer service strategies with goal of decreasing the sales cycle and increasing revenue/ticket.
What you´ll be doing:

• You´ll be collaborating with the marketing, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure that a productive and collaborative culture exists among your team members.
• Productivity and efficiency are something that we need to improve constantly, so you´ll need to deliver weekly and monthly sales reports as well as any insights that may help Us to improve the quality or performance of our lead generation campaigns.
• All decisions must be data driven, so you must ensure that your supervisors are delivering all the required information in a consistent and efficient way for all the teams involved.
• Mentoring and coaching your sales teams as well as designing sales strategies for different buyer personas.
• You´ll be responsible of identifying and communicating any product or technology gaps that may help Us to increase revenue.
• Use your available resources wisely to improve sales conversion, reduce sales cycle, increase revenue, and achieve our monthly sales quotas.
• Present monthly KPI reports as well as sales projection and strategies directly to Company´s Directors.

What you should have:

• This is a demanding position that require strong leadership and experience in priority management.
• Experience in designing and executing dynamics that aim to improve the culture, performance, and overall happiness of the sales teams.
• Proven experience working with a high-volume lead pipeline and inbound sales processes is required.
• Comfortable with a high-performance and rapidly changing environment.
• Passionate about metric-driven processes and decision making.
