About Lamassu

The world needs easier and no-nonsense ways of buying and selling cryptocurrencies. Ways without risking custodial funds on exchanges or unnecessarily involving banks. This is what we do.

We are the manufacturer of the world's first and finest Bitcoin ATMs. We develop cutting edge technology and beautiful UIs that help anyone on the street seamlessly find their way to financial inclusion. We have over 10 years experience in the market and we are looking to expand our team with an international sales manager, an outgoing challenge-taker who knows about the crypto environment and excels in bringing in new leads.

About The Role

In this role you will be working with our current sales reps and extended team on developing a pool of new clients and improving the reach of Lamassu’s machines worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Turn new incoming leads into successful sales
  • Generate new leads through outreach to industry players
  • Follow-up with leads, update the CRM system, and keep clients happy
  • Tag-team with the crew on new strategies and business development projects
  • Develop and nurture authentic relationships with the sales you've won

What You'll Need

  • Impressive sales and communication skills
  • Awesome at creating a good trusting relationship with clients
  • Proven experience in sales
  • Independence, ability to work with little supervision
  • Impeccable written and spoken English

We're seeking team members in Portugal, though the position is remote. Ultimately, we'll want you to travel to our studio in northern Portugal to meet our team and get hands on with our ATMs. The position is full-time, under a freelance agreement: 2,000 EUR/mo. base + 5% for newfound leads (2.5% for existing).
