Job description
We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager / Business Development Manager. If you are looking to join a passionate team to build a product that matters and want a challenge that will kickstart your career, this is the place. As a team member, you will be expected to find ways to go beyond the simple task by finding ways to improve both the team and the user experience that we offer.

What you will do

  • Interact with existing customer on our best use the platform
  • Collect and compile feedback for the design and product team
  • Work on our analytics to find better ways to understand our clients
  • Develop material to help customer better understand the benefits of AcceleratorApp
  • Track onboarding process of our clients
  • Answer request from clients via chat and email
  • Work with your colleague on various projects
  • Find new leads and develop communication campaign towards them

About us

All candidates must be familiar with technology, have some experience or insights of incubators, accelerators, startup industry or VCs. English is a must, that's great if you speak another language as well. You must be a self-starter, have autonomy, and seek to always improve.

Process
Our application process will start with a quick 20 minutes meeting to get to know you a little more. Then you will be provided with a task that should take less than 30 minutes to evaluate some of your creativity, ability to problem-solve and think on your feet.
