The Role

FRVR provides the only single distribution platform that can publish games absolutely everywhere. We’re everywhere from Facebook, to Snapchat, to Samsung, to Discord - but no games company works without great games!

Working with FRVR should be fun, both for you and for the companies you’ll work with. Part of your responsibility will be to deliver on this guidance and management without losing sight of the fact that, ultimately, we’re building something cool together.

When the pandemic finally dies down (fingers crossed!), you will also be travelling to major gaming events to both promote FRVR, and to build a solid network of developers and studios.

Challenges & Responsibilities

  • Identifying great studios, games, and trends
  • Diving deep into the needs of studios to refine and polish the value proposition across multiple pipelines
  • Building, executing and iterating on a studio engagement strategy from small steps to scale
  • Being a brand ambassador for both FRVR, and the future of instant games as a whole
  • Owning and leading events, game jams, contests and more
  • Helping create the processes and structure that will allow the team to thrive
  • Never losing focus on fostering a culture of genuine care for each other

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven track record of business development
  • Perfect oral and written English
  • A genuine love of games and gaming
  • Strong commercial acumen and business administration skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with empathy and a partnership mindset
  • A structured approach to setting up workflows and processes

Not “must-haves”, but also really important for us would be if you had:

  • Previous experience in developer relations in a top games publisher
  • Previous experience in game creation or management

  • You will have a permanent work contract
  • You will have a top tier health insurance
  • You will have 23 vacation days + 2 additional days (24th and 31st December)
  • We have a flexible working setup - currently full remote but intend to have a full office in central Lisbon
  • Financial and Logistical Relocation support (eligibility for relocation support to be confirmed on a case basis)
