Job Description:

We are seeking an Experience Product Manager who is passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences. As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and rectifying flaws in our product, ensuring our marketplace not only meets but exceeds customer expectations. Your mission is to enhance every facet of the user experience, making our platform the go-to destination for memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and user interviews to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and iterate on high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, ensuring our designs are both intuitive and visually appealing.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer service, to implement enhancements and features.

• Analyze user feedback and performance data to continuously refine our product offering.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our marketplace remains a leader in the space.

• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in building and scaling successful SaaS and/or Marketplace products from concept to launch.

• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

• Proven experience in product management, specifically in large scale consumer products and user experience-focused role.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.

• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate data and user feedback into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conducting market interviews and working collaboratively with various teams.

• A scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into details. A track record of successful product launches and enhancements in a similar industry is a plus.

• Google Analytics experience preferred

• Mixpanel experience preferred

3. Meet Our Director of Marketplace (30 minutes)
   
   Learn more about the Marketplace team and the impact that you will have on the team. Be prepared to discuss your product knowledge and ability to build products that transform teams.

4. Show off your skills- Panel/Presentation(60 minutes):
   
   You'll have 72 hours to work on a project and then present to our Sr. Director of Product Management, Sr. Marketplace Software Engineer and Head of Marketplace

5. Executive Interview- Meet our CPO (30 minutes):
   
   Return for a deeper dive into your experience, skills, and how they align perfectly with the role at Peek.
