The Role

This is a unique opportunity for those interested in combining their passion for local Georgia food, community, and technology on a daily basis.

About the Job:

  • Ownership over building the technology roadmap for the next chapter of our recurring subscription, ecommerce centered business
  • Lead the product evaluation and selection of an ecommerce platform and other related technologies (order management systems, payment, inventory, etc.) to support our continuous growth
  • Help drive increased acquisition, retention, and customer satisfaction by optimizing and implementing key customer technologies such as CMS, search, personalization, analytics, SEO, attribution, and multivariate and incremental testing
  • Partner with business leads to create a business-aligned architecture strategy that accurately reflects outcomes to achieve the business goals and strategies, continuously driving innovation and improvement of the customer experience from our webshop to their front door
  • Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery

About You:

  • Self driven and passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex and interesting business problems. Takes initiative to constantly consider how to improve our business.
  • 4+ years experience working on an ecommerce platform (Salesforce B2C Commerce, Magento, Shopify, or BigCommerce preferable)
  • Strong understanding of Web APIs and application integration architecture and expertise integrating Commerce platforms with various other systems including inventory management & order fulfillment
  • Proven ability to clearly document feature requirements for web or application development
  • Collaborative - experience working with developers, systems integrators, marketers, and UX designers
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and day to day operational tasks, strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Experience working with HTML / CSS
  • Comfortable with technical SEO management including: URL redirects, canonical URLs, HTML meta tags, rich snippets
  • Knowledge of Google search console, Google analytics, Google tag manager and/or other web analytics platforms
  • Curious, analytical, detail oriented, and excellent communication skills
