Empirical Path seeks a full-time or part-time Senior Account Manager with excellent client service, project management, and communication skills; solid web analytics implementation and reporting skills; and basic development and data science skills to lead analytics consulting engagements with colleagues in our offices in Atlanta, GA; Albuquerque, NM; and Washington, DC. Remote candidates in the U.S. are more than welcome.

We have grown 50% per year as a Certified Partner of Google for products like Analytics 360, Tag Manager, Optimize and BigQuery. We are also a partner of Adobe, Tealium, Segment, FiveTran and Mixpanel.
Responsibilities
The Senior Account Manager is primarily responsible for leading current consulting engagements to help clients understand their audiences, enhance their digital user experience, and increase their online conversions. They will secondarily develop additional business from current and new clients and assist in marketing the firm. The Senior Account Manager will deliver services personally and by project-managing remote, specialized colleagues and contractors for multiple engagements at all stages, including:
Managing client relationships and understanding client’s strategic objectives
Drafting proposals, timelines, and budgets to successfully onboard clients to analytics, testing, and business intelligence platforms
Skillfully assembling account teams to retain and grow adoption of analytics
Crafting measurement strategies that align with client’s strategic objectives and executing on-time and on-budget
Providing top-notch service while liaising with client’s internal engineering, BI, product, marketing, or senior leadership teams or with client’s other agencies and partners
Planning and directing integration of online and offline data sources with business intelligence tools
Designing web analytics reports, visualizations, and dashboards
Finding and articulating actionable trends and segments to senior management through quarterly business reviews or as other ad hoc needs arise
Required Skills & Experience
4-5 years of experience implementing and customizing web and app analytics software, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap and other web and app analytics software.
Minimum 2 years of experience with Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Launch, Segment or other Tag Management Systems.
Understanding of online marketing channels including PPC, SEO, affiliate programs, social media, email, partnerships, etc.
Understanding of website design, development and publishing.
Proven written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Some exposure to JavaScript and HTML.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and/or Google Drive equivalents.
A dedicated, quiet work area with phone and high-speed web connectivity.
Availability during 4-8 continuous hours of your choice from 8 a.m. ET to 8 p.m. ET. and to travel 4-6 times per year.
Desired Skills & Experience
College degree or MBA.
2+ years agency or consulting experience or similar experience
Web analytics certification or other training.
Experience reporting on analytics and other data via APIs using spreadsheets (via AppScript, SuperMetrics, etc.), visualization tools (such as Domo, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio, etc.), and database and data warehouse platforms (such as Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, etc.).
Experience with split testing tools such as Google Optimize, Adobe Target, Visual Website Optimizer, Optimizely, etc.
