Motion Graphic Designer

We're a dynamic B2B fintech startup on a mission to change the way we bank. With 4 years of growth and innovation under our belt, we're looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our passionate team and help us tell our story visually.

About the Role:

• Product videos: Showcase the features and benefits of our products in a clear, concise, and visually appealing way.
• Product explainers: Break down complex concepts into easily understandable animations and illustrations.
• Social media content: Create eye-catching video ads and promos to drive engagement and reach new audiences.
• Internal videos: Develop engaging content for internal communications, training materials, and presentations.

Roles and responsibilites

• Conceptualize, develop, and execute engaging motion graphics and animations based on project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, marketing team, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver impactful content.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in motion graphics and animation, and incorporate them into your work.
• Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Provide constructive feedback and collaborate with other team members to achieve optimal results.
• Maintain excellent organization and communication skills.

Things we need in you

• Relevant experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, preferably in a B2B or tech environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your skills and experience in creating product videos, explainer videos, and other relevant formats.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Excellent understanding of animation principles, motion graphics design, and storytelling techniques.
• Strong visual communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging visuals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Passion for B2B fintech and our company's mission.

• Experience with 3D animation and modelling software.
