Graphic Design Intern

We are looking for a highly skilled Graphics & Visual Design Interns, who is not just dependent on freepik or any vector provider platforms online. The job includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including motion graphic videos, illustrations, logos, brand identity and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, brand guide, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.
Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

**Job Location - Bengaluru, India.
Salary - 1-2 LPA

Responsibilities**

• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.)
• Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project
• From conception to execution, candidate will improve our user experience by bringing our brand to life and keeping it consistent across all our various touch points including website, sales collateral, social media posts etc.
• Collaborate with marketing and product marketing teammates to support our web design, banner ads and content marketing (blog, social media assets, and more)
• Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design
• Create templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in their posting on social media, the blog, email, and other channels
• Manage other design needs such as presentations, signage, and trade show collateral as needed
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques
• Ability to work as a team, work under pressure & multitask
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Qualifications

• 0-1 years experience in motion graphics & visual designing role
• A strong portfolio of logo design, barnd guide motion graphics, illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as PremierPro, XD, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Cinema4D)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
