Video Content Creator

Objective

Make videos for Learnyst YouTube channel to help teachers and educational institutes sell their courses on their branded website and mobile apps.

Responsibilities:

Video Creation & Editing**

• Do market research, learn & create new videos for educators
• Write Scripts and storyboard
• Shoot videos using camera (Knowledge of using Mic, lighting, Backdrops, Audio & video recording,Green Screen etc)
• Record & edit audios
• Use various video editing tools to edit, annotate & mix music to videos

YouTube SEO & Marketing**

• Analyse and create good video titles and description
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO tags, Onpage SEO
• Create YouTube Shorts
• Engage with the audience in the YouTube community
• Create engagement in Social media & share the videos
• Increase organic video views on Youtube
• Create & Release videos regularly on YouTube
• ### Content Writing & Marketing
• Write engaging blogs based on customer problems
• Write support articles based on Learnyst features
• Do basic on Page and off page SEO techniques
• Link YT videos with blogs
• Knows the customer pulse and writes titles that get clicks.

Image Editing

• Create attractive Thumbnails for YT videos
• Create attractive images for Blog articles

Skills:

Editing Skills**:

• Add sound and background music to videos
• Experience editing videos using tools like Camtasia, VSDC, Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, photoshop
• Design thumbnails using Canva, Adobe Photoshop

Presentation skills:**

• Make engaging videos using talk head, animations & screen shares

Digital Marketing**:

• YouTube SEO, Organic Promotions, YT Community Management, Link building.

Experience:

• Should have at least 6 months-1 year of experience in video creation.
• Knowledge of promoting videos on YT is good to have.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications. Or Visual Arts, Fine Arts
• Diploma in Graphic Design (good to have)
• Degree/diploma in Visual media Communications, Illustration, Video Editing, or related field
• You can apply if you are passionate about creating awesome videos or have a YT channel.

Tools:

• Adobe Master Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop & Illustrator)
• Filmora9, CyberLink PowerDirector, Camtasia
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut)
