Graphic Designer

A brilliant creative thinker, with the ability to push things- In-depth knowledge and understanding of colours, form, typefaces, their attributes etc.- Excellent on the craft and detail - nothing gets past you- Comfortable engaging with the strategic dimension of our work, able to get under the skin of business-issues, strong on content as well as visuals- Able to make smart connections between what's going on in the world and what we do for our business- Articulate, confident and assertive in presenting work- Highly collaborative, able to build strong relationships within design and across the business

Responsibilities-

You must be able to make confident design decisions that effectively communicate.

• Conceptualization of ideas, visualization of outcomes and translating them into creative output
• Act as a creative problem solver as needed by helping to determine appropriate design approaches for projects
• Work with the marketing team to support the execution of the content strategy with the development of stimulating and engaging design assets
• You will bring a strong creative point of view to the design community - To constantly create new and creative artworks/logos/integrated ad campaigns and promos to push across social, print and digital for the brand
• Confident in packaging and presenting your work for businesses with minimal input from design or creative director-
• Stay up to date on design trends, platforms, tools, and best practices
