The Role

Loopr is revolutionizing the manufacturing industry with its visual inspection AI solution - IQInspect. The solution is specifically designed to tackle the costly quality control issues that plague manufacturers, representing a $300 billion market opportunity annually. Moreover, Loopr is addressing the critical challenge of workforce attrition, a significant concern given that 25% of the manufacturing workforce is aged 55 and above.

IQInspect is a plug-and-play AI technology capable of identifying defects and verifying assembly of complex parts with unparalleled precision, making it the ultimate quality inspector. The application also acts as a comprehensive knowledge base, capturing invaluable process expertise and serving as a foundational data repository for training sophisticated language models.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and business savvy individual with a background in Software Sales, Industrial Applications or Manufacturing to join our team as a Technical Sales Director. In this role, you will work closely with our CEO, Product and Solution Delivery teams to convert new customer opportunities and ensure growth of existing customer accounts.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the CEO, Product team and vetted customer stakeholders to build a compelling business case, define timelines, pursue approvals, assist with commercials, and finalize deals
  2. Collaborate with Product and Solution Delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and timely deployment of our software solution at customer’s site
  3. Gather feedback and monitor application usage to ensure customer is satisfied with outcomes
  4. Find opportunities for improvement and ensure customer renews software license each year
  5. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expanding existing customer relationships
  6. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team as we scale, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and success

Requirements

  1. Proven track record of success in Enterprise Sales/Procurement/Process Optimization within Industrial & Manufacturing industry with a strong understanding of these industries' nuances and pain points
  2. Need to be hands on and with an attitude to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  3. Energetic, results-oriented, and hands-on approach to sales, with a drive for achieving and exceeding targets
  4. Flexibility to travel for customer visits, trade shows and events
  5. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, driving results through effective coaching and mentorship
  6. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of identifying opportunities and developing effective sales strategies
  7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technological solutions to diverse audiences
