• Provide honest advice for clients even if it lowers the likelihood of a deal.

• Use comps and other information to value homes and apartments (we can train you).
  
• Admit when you made a mistake, fix it and move on.
• Share our goal of helping clients save when buying and selling NYC real estate with superior service.
